Installation
In cargo transport the margin lives in the details: fuel, waiting times, route compliance and cargo care. The equipment we install on trucks is aimed precisely at measuring those variables and flagging anything outside the expected range.
- ✓Fuel sensors with consumption, refill and drain reports.
- ✓Temperature control for refrigerated cargo, with threshold alerts.
- ✓Door-opening sensor logging time and location.
- ✓Route and delivery-point control with geofences.
- ✓Driving and idling reports to cut consumption.
- ✓Compatible with cameras and multi-channel recorders.
Measuring fuel for real
Declared consumption and actual consumption almost never match. With a tank level sensor, the platform charts the fuel curve throughout the day and flags refills and sharp drops that the route doesn't explain.
That chart, cross-referenced with stops and position, lets you have conversations based on concrete data instead of suspicion. In mid-sized fleets it's usually the module that pays for itself fastest.
Routes, times and deliveries
Each delivery point is defined as a geofence. The system automatically detects arrival, calculates dwell time and logs departure, without relying on anyone reporting manually.
That builds compliance indicators: on-window deliveries, average time per client and recurring delays at specific points.
Common use cases
Fuel control
Detect unusual drains by comparing tank level against the day's route and stops.
Cold chain
Continuous temperature logging with immediate alerts when it leaves range, plus the report for your client.
Last mile
Geofences per delivery point with automatic arrival and departure detection to measure real times.
Cargo security
Alerts when doors open outside authorized points, with exact position and time.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of fuel sensor do you use?
It depends on the vehicle: we can read from the truck's own system or install a capacitive probe in the tank, which usually gives more precise readings.
Does it work for refrigerated trucks?
Yes. We install temperature probes in the box and configure threshold alerts, with exportable historical reports.
Can it be combined with cameras?
Yes. Multi-channel recorders let you add front, cab and cargo cameras to the same GPS device.
Available across our full coverage
We install and support in all four countries where we operate. Tracking works beyond borders: if the vehicle crosses, the signal follows.
Tell us what you haul and on which routes. Together we'll define which sensors to install and which alerts you need to operate with confidence.
