Installation
With a fleet the problem stops being one vehicle and becomes the whole set: who drove what, how far, which routes were completed and where time or fuel is lost. The platform brings all of that into one place, with reports you can schedule to arrive on their own.
- ✓Single map with every vehicle and its real-time status.
- ✓Unlimited geofences with entry, exit and dwell alerts.
- ✓Driver identification via RFID, iButton or mobile app.
- ✓Driving reports: speed, harsh braking, acceleration and idling.
- ✓Fuel control with sensors and refill/drain reports.
- ✓Role-based users: each supervisor sees only their group.
From data to indicators
Receiving positions is useless if nobody looks at them. That's why the first step is defining what you want to control: schedule compliance, speeding, time on site, consumption per kilometer. We configure geofences, alerts and automatic reports around those goals.
The result is that information arrives on its own: a weekly fleet summary by email, immediate alerts for what's urgent, and a dashboard to dig into detail when needed.
Permissions and user structure
The platform supports multiple users with granular roles and permissions. An operations manager can see the whole fleet; a zone supervisor, only their vehicles; an external client, only their own trip.
Every action is logged: who sent a command, who modified a geofence, who downloaded a report. That allows auditing system usage, which in large operations becomes as important as tracking itself.
Sensors and peripherals
Beyond position, the devices read fuel, temperature, door-opening, tire pressure and digital inputs for auxiliary equipment such as pressure washers, cranes or refrigeration.
Each sensor can generate its own alert and historical report, with charts that reveal patterns you'd never see looking at a single day.
Common use cases
Route compliance
Compare planned versus actual routes and detect deviations, unauthorized stops and delays.
Cost control
Real mileage per vehicle, engine hours and idling to allocate costs and schedule maintenance.
Driver management
Every trip is tied to an identified driver, each with their own driving score.
Customer service
Answer where an order is and when it arrives with verifiable data, not estimates.
Frequently asked questions
How many vehicles can I manage?
There's no practical limit. The platform is used both with individual units and with fleets of hundreds of vehicles organized into groups.
Can I give access to my clients?
Yes. You can create users with limited permissions so they only see the vehicles or trips that concern them.
Can reports be exported?
Yes, to PDF, Excel and CSV, and they can also be scheduled for automatic delivery by email.
Does it integrate with my internal system?
Yes. The platform exposes a REST API to query devices, positions, events and reports from your own systems.
Available across our full coverage
We install and support in all four countries where we operate. Tracking works beyond borders: if the vehicle crosses, the signal follows.
Tell us how many vehicles you have and what you need to control. We'll design the group, alert and report structure before installing the first device.
